How it works

Set up the route at the office
Register tables and machines, venues, collectors and routes. On the rental screen you pick the table and the venue already registered and set the contract type (token price and venue's share), the collector and the route.

Send the route to the phone
You authorize the collector's phone in the web system and choose which rentals it receives. In the app, the collector receives the route by tapping "Sincronizar". The route stays on the device and works without internet.

The collector types the meter reading
The app calculates the amount and issues the receipt. New rentals, table swaps, meter swaps, token price changes and removals are also done in the app.

You check it at closing
Anything outside the rules you set stays pending for approval. At the end of the period, the closing shows whether the cash handed in matched.

Everything your rental company uses day to day
On the collector's phone (Android)
- Type the meter reading and the math is done: games, amount, the venue's share, debit and credit. If the meter rolled over, the app calculates the wrap-around
- The table's latest collections on screen, right when you settle
- Route sorted by days since last collection, average payment or debt, with search by name, address or table number
- Warns you when the table was already collected on this trip
- New rentals, table swaps, meter swaps, token price changes and removals
- Works without signal: what is done stays saved on the phone and is sent to the office on its own, with the app open and signal available
- Receipt on a thermal printer (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi) or shared as text over WhatsApp or another app. When a debt of R$ 10 or more remains, the printed receipt includes a line for the venue owner's signature
- Payment in cash, Pix or bank transfer, and route expenses recorded on the spot
- What the office sends (routes, tables and pending items) arrives on the phone when the collector opens "Sincronizar" in the menu and taps the "Sincronizar" button

QR Code + Pix on the table, for trusted venues
Stick a QR Code on the table. The venue owner scans it with the camera, types the meter reading, sees the amount and pays with Pix copy-and-paste. Fewer trips just to pick up cash.
- The Pix goes to your company's key. No middleman: LocAttivo never touches the money.
- The request comes in as pending. It appears when the venue owner taps "Pay with Pix", before any Pix is made. Check the meter and the bank statement before applying.
- You choose where to stick it. The file has one QR Code per table. Stick them only at the venues you trust.
For the venue owner
The venue owner pays nothing to use self-collection: the rental company is the one that subscribes to LocAttivo.
